At Srijjan Institute Jaipur, we are committed to providing high-quality education and services to our students. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be granted for course fees paid to us.

Please read this policy carefully before enrolling in any course. By registering for a course, you agree to abide by this Refund Policy.

2. General Refund Policy

We understand that sometimes circumstances change. However, please note the following general guidelines regarding refunds:

• Course fees are non-refundable once the course has commenced.
• Refund requests must be submitted in writing within the specified time frame.
• Processing fees and administrative charges may be deducted from any approved refund.
• Refunds are processed using the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

• Course Cancellation: If Srijjan Institute cancels a course, you will receive a full refund.
• Duplicate Payment: If you accidentally make duplicate payments, the extra amount will be refunded.
• Technical Issues: If you are unable to access the course due to technical issues on our end.
• Medical Emergencies: In case of serious medical emergencies (with proper documentation).
• Course Not as Described: If the course content significantly differs from what was advertised.

4. Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your enrollment, the following terms apply:

• Before Course Start Date: Full refund (minus administrative fees) if cancellation is made 7 days before the course start date.
• Within 7 Days of Course Start: 50% refund (minus administrative fees) if cancellation is made within 7 days of the course start date.
• After Course Start Date: No refund will be provided after the course has started.
• Recorded Courses: No refund is available for recorded/self-paced courses once access has been provided.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

• Send an email to info.srijjan@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund Request".
• Include your full name, phone number, course name, and reason for the refund request.
• Attach any supporting documentation (if applicable).
• Our team will review your request and respond within 5-7 business days.
• If approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.

6. Scholarship Refund Policy

If you have enrolled in a course under a scholarship program, please note:

• Scholarships are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• If you cancel your enrollment, the scholarship amount is forfeited.
• Only the amount paid (if any) will be considered for refund, not the scholarship value.
• Scholarship recipients must follow the same refund policy as regular students.

7. Test Series and Mock Test Refunds

For test series and mock test packages:

• No refund is provided once access to the test series has been granted.
• Refund may be considered if the test series is cancelled by Srijjan Institute.
• Individual test refunds are not available.

8. Books and Study Material

For physical and digital books/study material:

• Digital books/study material are non-refundable once downloaded.
• Physical books can be returned within 7 days of delivery (unused condition).
• Shipping costs are non-refundable for physical books.
• Defective products will be replaced free of charge.

9. Processing Fees

Please note the following about processing fees:

• A processing fee of 10% of the total amount will be deducted from all refunds (minimum ₹500).
• Payment gateway charges are non-refundable.
• International transaction fees (if any) are non-refundable.
• Any applicable taxes are non-refundable.

10. Disputes and Complaints

If you have any disputes or complaints regarding our refund policy:

• All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
